In the Matter of the Accusation Against Kona Reef Liquor & Deli, Inc.,
dba Kona Reef Liquor & Deli, located at Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i.
Informal Hearing (Alternative II) on violation of Rule 4-8 of the Rules and
Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of
the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, increased its licensed premises
without first notifying the Department of Liquor Control of the County of
Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, and obtaining Commission approval.

Informal Hearing (Alternative I) on violation of Rule 5-2 of the Rules and

Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, as amended, service and consumption of
intoxicating liquor to an individual while under the influence of liquor.

Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of
