In the Matter of the Accusation Against Thai Rin Restaurant, Inc., dba Thai
Rin Restaurant and Bar, located at Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i.
COUNT I
Informal Hearing (Alternative I) on violation of Section 281-39, of the Hawai‘i
Revised Statutes, as amended; and Rule 3-1-F-1 of the Rules and
Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of
the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, patrons consumed liquor outside of
the permitted consumption area of the licensed premises.

the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, failure to submit its final report of
gross liquor sales due for the license year.
