Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of
the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, and Section 281-41(j), of the Hawai‘i
Revised Statutes, as amended, closing its licensed premises without first
notifying the Liquor Commission in writing, and failing to surrender its liquor
license upon closing its licensed premises.
