Informational discussion on the State’s Water Reuse Task Force Report. <br /> <br />(1) Director’s introduction to the report <br />(2) Commission’s input <br /> <br />b. Discussion on Bill 210, which proposes to increase wastewater service charge <br />rates to cover the costs of providing the services. The County Council wants the <br />Commission to discuss alternative funding options other than sewer user fees <br />and comment on the fee schedule options of 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years. A <br />recommendation to Council is also requested for these options. The <br />Commission can also propose alternative to these scenarios. <br /> <br />6. REPORTS/CORRESPONDENCE <br />a.
