If a Courtesy Site is unavailable and/or participation is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue. COMMUNICATIONS Comm. 904: REQUESTS FORMATION OF A PERMITTED INTERACTION GROUP REGARDING THE WAIWAI GRANTS From Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions Chair Heather L. Kimball, dated April 30, 2026. The Permitted Interaction Group would evaluate and review the 2026-2027 application process, discuss any code amendments and provide recommendations for improvements to the 2027-2028 application process, develop a scoring rubric for the 2027-2028 application process, and make recommendations on the six-month process report and review process. Postponed: May 19, 2026 (Note: There is a motion by Council Member Hustace, seconded by Council Member Inaba, to close file on Comm. 904.) ; and Comm. 904.1: From Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions Chair Heather L. Kimball, dated July 15, 2026, transmitting a report of the ad hoc committee's findings and recommendations.
