CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Adams opened with a roll call and called the meeting to order at 9:06 a.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1 <br />a. January 7, 2022, special meeting <br />Motion, second, and vote: Vice Chair Gaffney made a motion, to which Commissioner Fulton <br />seconded, to approve the minutes. The motion was approved. Ayes 5 (Adams, Burns, Fulton, <br />Gaffney, McIntosh); Absent 3 (Cardwell, Hoopii, Robinson); Excused 1 (Olson). <br /> <br />2 <br />b.
