For Discussion and Action — Establishing vendor list and vote on items for CSW Swag bags. Update: 04/02/26 Proposals Received, request to set aside $2500 E. For Discussion - Creating Survey for CSW for public use in collecting data from women of the community. Discussion on who would create survey and what questions need to be asked. Vill. NEW BUSINESS: A. For Discussion - Chair Parks will go over committee member attendance and open committee seats for appointment by the Mayor's Office. B. For Discussion —2026 CSW Monthly Focus Calendar C. For Discussion and Action- Determine use or distribution of Gift Cards being held by Prosecutors Office that was purchased for FY2025 approved Equal Pay Project D. For Discussion and Action- Updating the Annual Hawai'i Island Family Services Directory (joint project with Prosecutor's Office) for 2026-2027 E. For Discussion and Action- Adoption of the County of Hawai'i CSW Operating Procedures update for 2026 & 2027 fiscal year F. For Discussion and Action — Updating of Hawai'i County CSW Bylaws (revised 2015) G. For discussion and Action —Adoption of Annual Plan for fiscal year 2025-2026 H. For Discussion and Action- Consider funding request of$900 from Take Care Hawaii for Wahine Community Planting Day and education at OK Farms IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS A. Next meeting: Wednesday, September 16 at 11:30 a.m., (in person or via zoom). If any member of the Committee is unable to attend the scheduled meeting, please contact support staff at least one (1) day prior to the meeting date. B. Please share agenda items twelve (12) days prior to next meeting date (agenda item deadline: September 4, 2026) C. Hawaii County IT requires posting requests 10 days prior to day of posting required. With 6 day sunshine law requirement, agendas must be sent to IT 10 days prior to meeting dates at a minimum. D. Duration of meetings shall not exceed 2hrs., any items not covered on the agenda shall be continued by way of vote to the next regular meeting. X. ADJOURNMENT Executive Session: An executive session may be called in order for the Committee to consult with its attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the committee's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities, pursuant to Section 92-5 (a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes. Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist [Article 15, Section 2- 91. 3( b), Hawaii County Code]. A lobbyist means " any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
