Section 8 Homeownership Option Program.
As the Head of Household of a current Housing Choice
Voucher (Section 8) family, I meet the program
eligibility requirements of the Section 8 Homeownership
Option Program.
All completed applications and accompanying
documentation must be submitted to the Office of
Housing and Community Development (OHCD), Existing
Housing Division, 1990 Kino’ole Street, Suite 105, Hilo
for processing. Applications will be reviewed in the
order it is received by the OHCD.
