CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br /> Vice Chair Bennett called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. No one had any <br />announcements. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> a. Regular Session Minutes of September 27, 2017. <br /> <br /> Motion and vote: Commissioner Osborne moved to approve the minutes, <br />Commissioner Olson seconded the motion, and all commissioners present voted aye. <br /> <br /> b. Regular Session Minutes of October 25, 2017. <br /> <br /> Vice Chair Bennett explained that although no quorum was present on that date, <br />they did have presentations that were quite long, as well as a lot of sharing of information. <br /> <br /> Motion and vote: Commissioner Olson moved to approve the minutes, <br />Commissioner Osborne seconded the motion, and all commissioners present voted aye. <br /> <br />3.
