NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION
ISSUED SEPTEMBER 6, 2017
Pursuant to the notice issued by the Department of Water Supply, dated
January 9, 2018, downgrading the North Kona Water Restriction to Voluntary
Conservation, the Emergency Proclamation issued on September 6, 2017 is hereby
formally TERMINATED as of this date JAN 12 2018, Hilo Hawai'i.
