Kuakini Highway 75-6099 Corp. is the current owner and developer of a rental <br /> senior housing care campus on a 14-acre parcel in North Kona(TMK 7-5-017-005). <br /> Pursuant to Hawaii County Council Resolution No. 281-14, Draft 2, this project received <br /> exemptions from certain code and zoning requirements to facilitate the project.
