County of Hawaili <br /> 201H Application Package <br /> Identify the benefits in use or disclose any potential problems associated with your proposed site. <br /> Access to site: <br /> Access to the Project site will be from Kuakini Highway(new left turn lane). <br /> Site improvements: <br /> Extension of sanitary sewer and water from Kuakini Highway to serve the facility. <br /> Grading and paving of the site for access,parking and loading areas. <br /> Installation of dry wells for storm drainage infiltration. <br /> Extension of electrical power and telephone lines from Kuakini Highway to serve the facility. <br /> Construction of a left turn lane off of Kuakini Highway for site access. <br /> Availability of utilities: (Submit exhibit 20.) <br /> Water—Please see attached water availability letter. <br /> Sewer—Please see the"Sewer Hydaulic Report prepared by WestSound Engineering dated <br /> November 15,2013. <br /> Electricity—Confirmation of availability of electricity service to the site is forthcoming. <br /> Topography and soils: <br /> The site slopes northwesterly and southwesterly to Kuakini Highway and to the Waiaha <br /> Drainageway.
