Please include <br /> information on existing infrastructure capabilities and any planned or potential expansion of infrastructure needed to <br /> develop this project. <br /> Water <br /> Existing: There is an existing 20-inch water main located on the north side of Kuakini <br /> Highway and an existing 8-inch main on the south side. <br /> Planned: The plan is to tap into the existing 8-inch water main and extend it into the site <br /> to provide domestic water service, fire sprinkler service,and fire hydrants. <br /> Sewer <br /> Existing: There is an existing 12-inch gravity sewer line located in Kuakini Highway. <br /> Planned: The plan is to connect to the existing sewer line and extend an 8-inch gravity <br /> sewer into the site to serve the facility. <br /> Drainage <br /> Existing: A portion of the Project site drains northwesterly to the Kukaini Highway <br /> ditch. The rest of the site drains southwesterly to the Waiaha Drainageway <br /> which flows underneath the Kuakini Highway in a concrete box culvert. <br /> Planned: The plan is to collect surface drainage and infiltrate it on site in dry wells that <br /> will be located throughout the site.. <br /> Form 201H-001 Page 11 <br />
