Hunt <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement with the University of Hawai`i's <br />Hawaii Natural Energy Institute (HNEI) for the MTA Hydrogen Bus Project. This <br />agreement is to establish the roles and responsibilities of the Mass Transit Agency and <br />HNEI to plan, design, implement, operate and maintain three hydrogen fuel cell, zero - <br />emission buses for a period of two years in Kailua-Kona. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Tiffany Kai of the Mass Transit <br />Agency at 961-8343. <br />Deanna S.
