BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The County of Hawaii Office of the Prosecuting Attorney request to lease the premise consisting of 3,328 <br />square feet owned by Milo Storage LLC, for warehouse purposes in Kea`au, Hawaii. The proposed lease is <br />for five years with the option to extend for two additional five year terms.
