While the applicant would like to target the less <br />than 100% of median income market, because of cost and other <br />considerations, that may not be possible. As such, it does not want <br />to be constrained by such a condition and instead wishes to work <br />within the requirements of the County affordable housing code. <br />As depicted in Figure 3, the applicant is still proposing a rental <br />housing project, except that the density has been reduced from 250 <br />to 226 units. Open space and some passive recreation area would <br />be provided within the project. <br />s <br />As noted in the "Background" section of this report, because of the <br />symbiotic land use relationship between the projects on the subject <br />and the adjoining parcel, the project's respective rezoning ordinances <br />included many similar conditions. In that regard, please note that for <br />all intents and purposes, all of the infrastructure and performance <br />related conditions (Conditions B, C, E, 1=) G, I-1, 1, J, K, L, M, ISI, O, i', C , <br />R, S, T, C!, V) W, ?C, Y, and Z) covered by this ordinance (Ord. No. 05 <br />113) were incorporated exactly into Ordinance o_ 05 115 relating to <br />the neighborhood shopping center project. <br />This section, however, will initially state and/or summarize the various <br />conditions of the rezoning ordinance (Ord. No 05 113) affecting the <br />subject parcel, its status, as well as — in some situations - the <br />requested amendments.
