In addition to the comments from the eight (8) agencies that were included with your letter, we also received an email from your office providing one subsequent comment from the County of Hawaii Planning Department. In total, we are in receipt of nine (9) agency comments and are providing the following summary in response to each comment. County of Hawaii, Office of the Mayor Comment Summary: No comments. Applicant Response: Acknowledging receipt. County of Hawaii, Police Department Comment Summary: No significant impacts anticipated. Applicant Response: Acknowledging receipt. County of Hawaii Fire De artment Comment Summary: The Project shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions within the Hawaii State Fire Code, National Fire Protection Association 2006 version, with County of Hawaii amendments. Applicant Response: Acknowledge that the Project will comply with the referenced fire code. County of Hawaii, Mass Transit Agent Comment Summary: Requested that the Project include a bus shelter with a bus pullout along either W. Kawili Street or Kapiolani Street.
