In addition to the comments from the <br />eight (8) agencies that were included with your letter, we also received an email from your office <br />providing one subsequent comment from the County of Hawaii Planning Department. In total, we <br />are in receipt of nine (9) agency comments and are providing the following summary in response to <br />each comment. <br />County of Hawaii, Office of the Mayor <br />Comment Summary: No comments. <br />Applicant Response: Acknowledging receipt. <br />County of Hawaii, Police Department <br />Comment Summary: No significant impacts anticipated. <br />Applicant Response: Acknowledging receipt. <br />County of Hawaii Fire De artment <br />Comment Summary: The Project shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions within the <br />Hawaii State Fire Code, National Fire Protection Association 2006 version, with County of Hawaii <br />amendments. <br />Applicant Response: Acknowledge that the Project will comply with the referenced fire code. <br />County of Hawaii, Mass Transit Agent <br />Comment Summary: Requested that the Project include a bus shelter with a bus pullout along either <br />W. Kawili Street or Kapiolani Street. <br />Applicant Response: The Applicant reached out to the County of Hawaii Mass Transit <br />Administrator, Ms. Brenda Carreira, and discussed her agency's comments over the phone on July <br />HAWAII 1001 Bishop Street, #2880, Honolulu, HI 96813 1 (808) 523-8826 1 HI Lic.
