Some are duplexes, most of them are townhouses, four units. They're all affordable housing. That's the way we had set it aside, as all affordable housing. And then we also, we were talking, they asked me to put a small room in for a meeting room; I agreed to that. I agreed to everything. All the cul-de-sacs meet, I met with the Fire 15 DRAFT
