A park master plan for Phase I and Phase II park <br /> improvements outlining the park areas and types of improvements will be <br /> developed by the applicant and accepted by the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation. Phase I park improvements shall be developed b,, t�pplicant and <br /> dedicated to the County during Phase I, and shall consist of a 10-acre public park <br /> to include one regulation adult/high school soccer field, one baseball field with <br /> bleachers, one standard size dog park, comfort station, parking, landscaping, and <br /> related improvements as outlined in the park master plan. Phase II park <br /> improvements, consisting of approximately a total of 10 acres of land, shall be <br /> developed in accordance with the approved park master plan and dedicated to the <br /> county at no cost prior to the issuance of the building permit for the 500th single- <br /> family or multi-family residence within the Project.
