structures, other than those allowed under Condition No. 7 of the Land Use <br /> Commission's Decision and Order, shall be allowed within the 800-foot setback <br /> area. A copy of the metes and bounds description for this open space area, and <br /> proposed covenant(s) shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br /> approval prior to receipt of Final Site Plan Approval or land alteration activities, <br /> whichever occurs first. The approved covenant(s) shall be recorded in the Bureau <br /> of Conveyances prior to the issuance of Final Site Plan Approval, or land <br /> alteration activities, whichever occurs first.
