The Coordinated Services for the Elderly engages the public in its planning and decision- <br />making processes, as well as its marketing and outreach activities. The public will be invited to <br />participate in the process whether through public meetings or surveys. As an agency receiving <br />federal financial assistance, the Coordinated Services for the Elderly made the following <br />community outreach efforts: <br />The Coordinated Services for the Elderly has worked in conjunction with the County Civil <br />Defense for the last three (3) years in the development of the County Evacuation Plan. This plan <br />specifically addresses the needs of including, at -risk minority and low-income populations.
