BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br />accordance with Article 111, Section 3-1 of the Hawai'i County Charter, the County of Hawai'i, <br />that the 2020 Title VI Plan, attached hereto and which by reference is made a part hereof, be <br />approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that P&R Director can make minor or editing changes <br />to the 2020 Title VI Plan; attached hereto, provided no substantial additions or deletions may be <br />made; and. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to: (1) Mayor Mitchell D.
