With the current lease <br /> peri Dd expiring soon, it is more practical to lease a newer upgraded machine rather than continue with the <br /> current machine. The copy machine is used for copying documents, scanning electronic copies and multiple <br /> size print jobs (11x17, 8.5x14 and 8.5:<11). <br /> The copy mach'ne will be leased for a period of 5 years.
