s 'Affordable Housing <br />AP -55 Affordable Housing -- 1.220(g) <br />Introduction <br />The County selected 4 CDBG projects for funding in its 2021 Action Plan. It consisted of 4 public facility <br />projects. Two public facility projects are renovations improvements to homeless shelters who serve <br />victims and families of domestic violence in Hilo and Kona and the other two projects are for <br />improvements at the Ulu Wini Low Income Housing Project located in the West Hawaii.
