Ane Keohokalole Highway and former Kamanu Street (Road 3A - <br />Kona CDP Map, Figure) from University Drive (Road 2) to <br />[Kaimina-ni] Ka`iminani Drive: <br />The applicant shall construct the mauka half -section of a 120 -foot <br />wide right-of-way to County-dedicable standards as a two-lane <br />road. The applicant shall construct the intersection at [Kam] <br />Ka`iminani Drive meeting with the approval of the Department of <br />Public Works. The intersection shall include a left -turn lane on <br />[Katninafli] Ka`iminani Drive. The intersections at the northern <br />and southern end of this road shall have illumination. This road <br />shall also be provided with a utility trench suitable for installation <br />of future street lights by the Department of Public Works or the <br />State Department of Transportation when such illumination is <br />determined to be necessary.
