CDP Map; Figure 4-3 and Main Street of Applicant's Regulating <br />Plan, Exhibit A-1): <br />The portion of Ane [Keehekalele] Keohokalole Highway [(6)] <br />within the property shall have a right-of-way width of 120 feet. <br />The applicant shall construct a half -section, two-lane road with <br />sidewalk, drainage improvements, and street lighting, within this <br />120 -foot right-of-way to County-dedicable standards. The <br />improved half -section shall be in alignment with the improved <br />section of Ane Keohokalole Highway to the south. The remaining <br />60 -foot width of the 120 -foot wide right-of-way shall be rough <br />graded to avoid M transition issues with adjacent properties. <br />Permitted uses within the unimproved 60 -foot wide right-of-way <br />shall include utilities, a linear park, food trucks, farmer's market, <br />and other similar temporary, non-structural uses as approved by the <br />Planning Director, in consultation with the Department of Public <br />Works, through Site Plan Approval.
