The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney <br /> wishes to increase the grant award by $10,000. Child and Family Support Services will <br /> utilize the additional funds to provide shelter and support services to domestic violence <br /> victims. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to provide an <br /> additional $10,000 (total grant award of$50,000)to Child and Family Support Services, <br /> pursuant to Hawai`i County Code (2005 Edition as amended) Chapter 2, Article 25, <br /> Section 2-139(a)(3)(A). <br /> If there are any questions,please do not hesitate to call Deborah Chai of the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney at 934-3352. <br /> Deanna S.
