Whited, <br /> Ian Brown, Mara Mayo, Mariana Zopel, Treva Brady-Reister, Sandy Lane, Star Carlin, <br /> Ann Rothstein and Brenda Meriwether) collaborated to create the mosaic tile boards. <br /> The mosaic alphabet tile boards, valued at $12,000, will be placed on pillars surrounding <br /> Lincoln Park. <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation requests that this resolution be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the April 21, 2021 Council agenda in order to <br /> expedite this process.
