BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />is hereby appointed as County Auditor pursuant to Section 3-18(a) of the Hawaii County <br />Charter (2020). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment shall take effect on June 1, 2021, <br />and shall remain in effect for six years, and thereafter, until a successor is appointed. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to the Honorable Mitchell D. Roth, Mayor, and William V.
