Application for a five (5) year time extension on Condition <br /> D, time to complete construction of Change of Zone Ordinance Number zero nine one three eight <br /> (09-138), which rezoned approximately twenty-two thousand three hundred (22,300) square feet <br /> of land from Single-Family Residential—ten thousand (10,000) square feet RS-ten(RS-10)) to <br /> Industrial -Commercial Mixed-20,000 square feet MCX-twenty (MCX-20) zoning district. The <br /> property is located at five thirteen(513) Kalanikoa Street, along the east side of Kalanikoa Street <br /> approximately a hundred (100) feet north of its intersection with Hualani Street, Waiakea <br /> Homestead Lots, First(1St) Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai` _Tax Map Key(TMK) two <br /> dash two zero three five zero three four(2-2-035:034) and stafor our presentation. <br /> KAY: Yes, thank you Mr. Chair, Christian Kay with the-Planning Department it's great to see <br /> you and all the other Commissioners and welcome Commissioner Galimba.
