Exhibit A Page II <br /> EXPENDITURES: <br /> Legislative <br /> Salaries and wages were amended for regular S&W due to revised salary <br /> projections of a vacant position that was filled. Reductions were made to the Election <br /> division's overtime estimates due to revised forecasts. <br /> Manaqement <br /> Salaries and wages were reduced for the Office of Management to reflect the <br /> recalculation of budgeted salaries of vacant positions that were filled. <br /> Information Tech <br /> The department's miscellaneous contract services account was increased to provide <br /> funds to utilize professional services to program, implement and migrate to new <br /> Microsoft Active Directory Domain controllers and Microsoft Exchange 2019 servers. <br /> IT's computer equipment account was amended to reflect the addition of certain key <br /> components such as CISCO switches for the West Hawaii Civic Center complex <br /> and at Pu'uanahulu, as well as to purchase Albert Sensors to enhance cyber <br /> security for the County. <br /> Finance <br /> Salaries and wages were amended in the Real Property Tax division to reflect <br /> refunding an Appraiser V position which was temporarily unfunded in FY21. <br /> Salaries and wages were also adjusted in the Vehicle Registration and Licensing <br /> division due to the recalculation of budgeted salaries when vacant positions were <br /> filled. Fringe benefits and administrative costs associated with the salary <br /> adjustments of state-funded positions were also adjusted. Salary and Wages were <br /> also adjusted in the Accounts, and Treasury divisions to accommodate staffing <br /> changes. Gateway fees were added to Treasury's miscellaneous charges to reflect <br /> this expense associated with the new cashiering system. <br /> The Vehicle Registration and Licensing division's Administration section's computer <br /> equipment account was increased to provide for queue management software. <br /> Their Driver's License section's equipment account was also increased to replace <br /> broken scanners and vision screeners, and to provide for an additional workstation. <br /> Corporation Counsel <br /> Salaries and wages were amended to reflect various changes to attorneys' salaries. <br /> Increases were made to their rental/lease of equipment account for an additional <br /> copier at their new West Hawaii location, and an associated increase for toner <br /> purchases was made.
