APPROVAL OF AGENDA (00:52) <br /> Agenda was approved with no objections. <br /> III. MINUTES (01:09) <br /> A. January 25, 2021 Executive Committee Meeting <br /> B. February 25, 2021 Executive Committee Meeting <br /> C. March 9, 2021 Special Executive Committee meeting <br /> A, B and C were passed with no objections. <br /> IV. REPORTS (02:36) <br /> A. Treasurer's Report-February 2021 <br /> CM King, Acting Treasurer, reported the following: <br /> Beginning Balance $133,473.65 <br /> Income (interest) $2.33 <br /> Expenses (supplies & consulting) $7.13 <br /> Ending Balance $133,468.85 <br /> New Treasurer, CM Waters now has access to Quickbooks and will work with <br /> President CM Chock to develop the HSAC Budget for next year. <br /> Treasurer's Report was accepted for audit with no objections. <br />
