Sako via Communication <br /> No. 268 dated May 13, 2021, authorizes the acceptance of a donation of a bronze statue of a <br /> mythological fisherman to the County of Hawaii. <br /> This statue, valued at$10,000, was donated by Henry Bianchini, and will be located at the <br /> recreational area commonly known as"Isles." <br /> Parks and Recreation Director Maurice C. Messina informed the Council that a new location was <br /> found for the statue. It will be moved to a location called"Isles"when they can safely move it to <br /> the new location with Mr. Bianchini's guidance. The Council Members thanked Mr. Bianchini <br /> for his donation. <br /> Pursuant to Hawaii County Charter Section 13-12 the Council may accept gifts of donations of <br /> money, securities or other personal property.
