REQUEST: <br /> To enter into a mult-year lease agreement for five (5)years for(4) copy machines in the following locations: <br /> * Public Safety Building (A) located near the Records& Identification Section <br /> • Public Safety Building (A) located in the Machine Room <br /> * Kealakehe Police Station <br /> * Kealakehe Police Station - Records Room <br /> Request to waive Finance Catmittee. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The current lease on the(4) copiers above will be expiring 6/30/2021. The present machines are outdated <br /> and will be replaced with current models.
