BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery team, consisting of fifteen new positions, <br /> launched the Voluntary Housing Buyout Program and the Housing Relocation Services program April 30tH <br /> 2021.
