The <br /> attached map shows the entire area of land proposed to be <br /> included within the Community Facilities District. <br /> IV. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS/PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> The Special Improvements consist of a sewer line extension <br /> and related improvements to connect PETITIONER'S Project as well <br /> as the Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation' s Kaloko <br /> Heights Affordable Housing project, extending west within the <br /> existing rights-of-way of Hina Lani Street and Ane Keohokalole <br /> Highway to the existing sewer line within the Ane Keohokalole <br /> Highway fronting the West Hawaii Civic Center. <br /> The sewer line extension will be an all gravity system <br /> located within the existing rights-of-way of Hina Lani Street <br /> and Ane Keohokalole Highway.
