This appropriation reflects funding allocations received from <br /> the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for the Program Year(PY) 2020. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) indicates that the funds <br /> will be utilized to assist adults by providing services that will train individuals to increase <br /> employment, retention, earnings, skills, and literacy.
