APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Agenda was approved as amended with no objections. <br /> III. MINUTES <br /> A. August 26, 2021 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> CM Chock asked i,f there is interest to link the meeting recordings to the minutes that are <br /> posted on the website or in the archives. CM Kimball: does have the recordings available and <br /> accessible to the committee but the recordings can be made available. CM Chock: wanted to <br /> make sure he was following up on it and they can circle back to it so that it can be made <br /> available to those who can't make the meetings or to the public. <br /> Approved with no objections. <br /> IV.
