AGENDA <br /> Agenda is continuation of discussion and consideration of 2022 HSAC Legislative Package and <br /> Extension of Deadlines and Proposals under Old Business. <br /> III. MINUTES <br /> No Minutes. <br /> IV. REPORTS <br /> No reports. <br /> V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> No new business. <br /> VI. OLD BUSINESS <br /> Continuation of Discussion and consideration of 2022 HSAC Legislative Package and Extension of <br /> Deadlines and Proposals <br /> John Okudara-bill that was introduced by HSAC about immunity for lifeguards was vetoed because the <br /> section of the law changed for the liability. There was no opposition to it before and the lifeguards <br /> support it. Other bills are County TAT Bill (percentage to be decided by each county individually), <br /> looking at the improvement district concept to address the cesspools. Discussion about posting times <br /> for agenda due to the Sunshine Law. <br />
