Original and 20 copies of revised Exhibit 6 which updates the letter from Wilson <br /> Okamoto Corporation to include an engineees stamp certifying that the letter was <br /> prepared by a Professional Engineer, <br /> 1 Original and 20 copies of a new Exhibit 7 which discusses the archaeological <br /> approvals in more detail and includes copies of the State Department of Natural <br /> Resource's State Historical Preservation Division's (SHPD) approval of the <br /> required archaeological plans, <br /> This Addendum also provides additional information with respect to WHBP, LLC's ability <br /> to construct the Kamanu Street extension improvements as required by Condition J as <br /> follows: <br /> WHBP, LLC does not intend to construct the road improvements in phases or <br /> utilize government financing tools such as Improvement District (ID) or <br /> Community Facilities District (CFD) funding as currently allowed by Condition J, <br /> Planning Dept. <br /> Exhibit 2 <br />
