LLC will utilize proceeds from the sale of subdivided <br /> properties within WHBP to finance the construction of Kamanu Street extension <br /> as required by Condition J of Ordinance 18-115. <br /> More specifically, it intends to fund the portion of Kamanu Street that is identified <br /> in proposed new Condition N' from the net proceeds (after taxes) from the sale <br /> of Parcel 77.
