These new positions are needed to support the services <br /> indicated above. <br /> The Department of Research and Development respectfully requests that a breach be <br /> authorized to submit this resolution after the December 29, 2021 submission deadline, <br /> and to waive it from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the January 19, 2022 <br /> Council agenda.
