L ebraary 8,2022 <br /> Committee member Lee Loy voiced her concerns with parking requirements required by plan <br /> approval for commercial developments, specifically AICA compliance, parking, and loading. <br /> Mr. Arai stated applicant is aware of these and has plans consisting of paving the entire area. It <br /> may be necessary for the applicant to look for any code exemptions which may have been in <br /> effect during construction of the parking area. The applicant may have to bring the parking area <br /> up to Code. Mr. Arai further stated that the applicant installed drywells in anticipation of the <br /> improvements, and the drywells were approved. <br /> Committee Member Lee Loy went on to question the drainage study and when final approval would be <br /> completed.
