PC-'t"
I'aI- ? L ebraary 8,2022
Committee member Lee Loy voiced her concerns with parking requirements required by plan
approval for commercial developments, specifically AICA compliance, parking, and loading.
Mr. Arai stated applicant is aware of these and has plans consisting of paving the entire area. It
may be necessary for the applicant to look for any code exemptions which may have been in
effect during construction of the parking area. The applicant may have to bring the parking area
up to Code. Mr. Arai further stated that the applicant installed drywells in anticipation of the
improvements, and the drywells were approved.
Committee Member Lee Loy went on to question the drainage study and when final approval would be
completed. Mr. Fuke stated a plan approval would need to be submitted for any use on the property.
Ms. Kierkiewicz requested to be excused from voting, being involved with previous matters concerning
this parcel.
The vote was then taken on the motion to move this measure to Council with a favorable
recommendation and passed with 7 "ayes," 1 "absent" and I "excused."
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 113, and
recommends its passage on first reading.
ca
AYES NOES ABS7 Ex Respectfitlly submitted,
CHUNC X
DAVID X — COMMITTEE ON PLANNING
INABA X
K.kNEALI`I-KLEINFELDER X
KIERKIEWICZ X
KIMBALL X
r'
LEE LOY _ X REBECCA STILL GAS, NICE CHAIR
RICHARDS X PC REPORT NO.: 45 _
vILLEGAs X ADOPTED: fEQ 2 3 202
