This location will be used as an assessment <br /> center and emergency shelter. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into an 18-year lease with an <br /> option for three (3) additional five (5)year terms, with HOPE Services Hawai`i, Inc. The , <br /> anticipated rent shall be $10 per year. <br /> We respectfully request that this resolution be waived from the Finance Committee and <br /> be placed on the-March 9, 2022 Council agenda in order to expedite this process.
