Daniele III to the Windward Planning Commission. <br /> Mr. Daniel has been a resident of Hawai'i for thirty years, and a homeowner in Ocean View for <br /> sixteen years. He has vested interest in the long-term vision of how development should happen <br /> in Ka'u.
