These funds will be used by the Office of Housing and <br /> Community Development(OHCD)to complete the planning, design, construction and <br /> dedication of the public access road to the Kukuiola Assessment Center and Emergency <br /> Shelter. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed <br /> is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $4,000,000 grant. <br /> The OHCD requests that this resolution and bill be waived from the Finance Committee, <br /> to be placed on the March 23, 2022 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of <br /> these funds.
