REQUEST: <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development is requesting to amend Ordinance 21-38 by <br /> appropriating the following: <br /> Revenue: <br /> Kukuiola Assessment Center and Emergency.Shelter 152.3310.XX $4,000,000.00 <br /> Expenditure: <br /> Kukuiola Assessment Center and Emergency Shelter 152.461.5466.XX $4,000,000.00 <br /> Please create a resolution,to enter into any agreements required by the State to accept the funds. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development(OHCD) respectfully request a waiver from County <br /> Committee in order to expeditiously process the required agreements. <br /> B.
