March 1, 1988: Finalized date of`Ohana Dwelling Permit (OD 55-16). <br /> 7. July 8, 1988: Date of recordation for the `Kamuela Heights' Condominium Property <br /> Regime(CPR) at State Bureau of Conveyances creating; a two (2)unit CPR. <br /> STATE AND COUNTY PLAN'S <br /> S. State Land Use Designation: Urban. <br /> 9. County Zoning: Agricultural 1-Acre (A-la). <br /> 10. General Plan LUPAG Map: The subject property is designated as Low Density Urban. <br /> Low Density Urban allows for residential uses, with ancillary community and public <br /> uses. It also allows for neighborhood and convenience-type commercial uses. The overall <br /> residential density may be up to six (6)units per acre. <br /> 11. South Kohala Community Development Plan (SKCDP): The subject property is in the <br /> SKCDP district and lies within a developed area shown on the 'Xaimea Town Conceptual <br /> Plan map. <br /> 12.
