6. April 10, 2007—The previous landowner submitted a subdivision application to comply <br /> with Condition D (Final Subdivision Approval). <br /> 7. July 10, 2007—The Planning Department issued tentative subdivision approval to <br /> subdivide the subject property into seven(7) new lots (SUB-07-000561). <br /> 8. March 22, 2011 —The Planning Department deemed the subdivision application(SUB- <br /> 07-000561) to be deemed null &void. <br /> 9. July 2,2021—The landowner submitted a new subdivision application to comply with <br /> Condition D (Final Subdivision Approval). <br /> 10. August 13,2021—The Planning Department returned the subdivision application as the <br /> timing of Condition D of Ordinance No. 06 82 had lapsed. <br /> 11. January 14,2022—Date of submittal of subject change of zone amendments. <br /> STATE AND COUNTY PLANS <br /> 12. State Land Use Designation: Agricultural. <br /> 13. County Zoning: Family Agricultural 3-acre(FA-3a) <br /> 14. General Pian LUPAG Map: Important Agricultural Land. <br /> 15. Kona Community Development Plan (CDP): The Kona CDP, adopted by the I4awai`i <br /> County Council by Ordinance No. 08-131 on September 25, 2008 affects the subject <br /> property. The subject property is situated outside the"Kona Urban Area". <br /> 16. Special Management Area (SMA): The Special Management Area is a part of the <br /> Coastal Zone Management Program and regulated by the County. The site is located <br /> approximately seven(7) miles from the nearest shoreline and is not situated within the <br /> SMA. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF SUBJECT PROPERTIES AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> 17. Subject Property: The subject, irregular shaped property is located on the northeast <br /> corner of Kaloko Drive and Hao Street in the Kaloko Mauka Subdivision at <br /> approximately the 2,200-foot elevation.
