Develop and erect interpretive signs to educate the public about Hapu'u's historical <br /> significance. <br /> 2. Implement repairs to pasture fencing for more effective management of the land. <br /> 3. Restoration of Hale of KA'ili Heiau's protective fencing. <br /> 4. Implement pedestrian access improvements for persons to access easements through the <br /> property. <br /> Review of KCC's objectives, as presented in its business plan, project description and budget details <br /> informed the following assessments: <br /> 1. Objective#1 appears to qualify under criteria (1), (2) and (7). <br /> 2. Objective#2 appears to qualify under criteria (1), (2) and (8). <br /> 3. Objective#3 appears to qualify under criteria (1), (2) and (8). <br /> 4. Objective#4 appears to qualify under criteria (2) and (13). <br /> Given the above, it is my recommendation that North Kohala Community Resource Center will be able to <br /> complete its entire proposed project in accordance with its project description and in strict adherence to <br /> the conditions governing the PONC Maintenance Fund. <br /> /This space intentionally left blank—continued on next page <br /> County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br />
